Our self-contained function room is available to hire and perfect for parties, family gatherings, community events, fitness classes, meetings, weddings, and more.

It’s a versatile space that can be tailored to suit your occasion, with a private bar, raised stage, sound system, and accessible facilities. Whether you’re planning something big or small, we’ll help you make it a success.

Hire Rates

Friday or Saturday

7PM till 12PM
Early access for setup with prior agreement - 12PM.

£275 for members.
£350 for non-members.

All other times

£35 per hour.
Subject to availability

Function Room Catering

We offer a full range of catering options for all occasions. We prefer to discuss individual requirements but some examples of what is available can be seen below.

Cold buffets from £8.50 per person.
Hot & Cold buffets from £9.50 per person.

Please note, no outside/self catering is allowed.

Our function room is double height and seats 120 guests or accommodates 150 for a party.

No, we do not allow food from outside of The Club to be brought to the function room. We do, however, have our own catering options to provide you with either hot or cold food for all occasions.

Yes, members get a discount when booking the function room.
